The non-emergency number for Public Safety is (334) 501-3100.  This is the number to use when no emergency exists, and has an associated menu to guide the caller to the desired department as quickly as possible.  The following 8 options are available for direction connection:

Option 1 - Police and Fire Service
Option 2 - Questions concerning jail or bonds
Option 3 - Questions concerning tickets, warrants or court
Option 4 - Questions concerning parking tickets or towed vehicles from Auburn University property
Option 5 - Questions concerning police reports or accident reports
Option 6 - To speak with someone in the Patrol (uniformed) Section
Option 7 - To speak with someone in the Detective Section
Option 8 - To inquire about a water issue
