Auburn CityFest Vendor Application Deadlines Approaching
CityFest is almost here! Auburn's largest, FREE, outdoor festival is quickly approaching! On Saturday, April 25 from 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., festival patrons are invited to come out for a day of "Blues & BBQ" at Kiesel Park. Complete with fantastic music, delicious food, and a stellar Children's Imagination Station, this Auburn CityFest is sure to be a memorable one!
Are you interested in joining in on the fun? The Auburn CityFest Committee is currently accepting applications for Arts and Crafts and Fine Arts vendors. Space is limited, so vendors are encouraged to apply as soon as possible, as applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Deadlines for vendor categories are as follows:
Nonprofit - CLOSED

Fine Arts- April 10
Arts and Crafts - April 10

Auburn CityFest Volunteer Opportunities Available
The Auburn CityFest Committee is recruiting energetic individuals, organizations and service groups to help make this year's event a success. CityFest has thrived for the past 14 years because of the Auburn Community's willingness to serve at each of our City of Auburn events. Volunteers will receive a t-shirt, lunch and service hours!
Shifts are 3 hours each, however, working multiple shifts is encouraged. Volunteer applications can be found here and are due to the Jan Dempsey Community Arts Center or Morgan Gamble by April 21.
Auburn Stride Walkers
The Auburn Parks and Recreation Department offers a walking program, Auburn Stride Walkers, for citizens who are interested in walking various City walking trails as a group. Walks will be held on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays at 9 a.m. Participants can walk at their own pace and distance. The Auburn Stride Walkers is a great way to have fun, make friends and walk your way into a healthier lifestyle.

SPLASH PASSES ON SALE NOW!
Splash Passes are now available for purchase weekdays from 8 a.m. to 5 pm. at the Harris Center, located at 425 Perry St. A Splash Pass may be purchased for an individual or family and is good for unlimited admission all season at both of our amazing pools!

The family pass is good for immediate family members, including parents or guardians and children under the age of 19, residing in the same household only.

2015 Auburn Bike Bash

Bicycle Committee and Auburn City Schools
Mark your calendars for the 16th Annual
Bike Bash, Auburn’s Community Bicycle Event, which will be held on Saturday,
April 11, from 8 a.m. to noon at Pick Elementary School (1320 N. College
Street). Bicycle rides of varying distances will be offered, along with
great music, bicycle inspections, helmet fittings, exhibits, and activities for
children. Pick-up a registration form from the Harris Center, 425 Perry
Street in Auburn, or register online at www.bikebash.org/register.

Spring Invitational
The Auburn Arts Association is currently
hosting the 2015 Spring Invitational. The exhibition will be on display through
April 30 at the Jan Dempsey Community Arts Center (JDCAC).
This year’s invitational features ceramics
by Nancy Green and paintings by Henrik Soderstrom. A reception will be held on
Friday April 10, from 5 - 7 p.m. at the JDCAC. Come and enjoy incredible art
work and talk with the featured artists.
The reception is free and open to the
public. Gallery hours are Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. For more
