The Administration Division is responsible for the for the oversight of each division within the department of Environmental Services. Among its responsibilities are policy development, personnel administration, fiscal control and administrative support to all divisions. The Director of Environmental Services leads the department in establishing major projects, logistical collection schedules and coordinating goals for the City. The Environmental Services staff proactively administers education and outreach programs that teach citizens how they can recycle and keep Auburn beautiful.

The mission of the Environmental Services Department is to provide top quality services that meet the needs of the Auburn community and comply with all applicable regulations and standards. Through the directives of the City Council and City Manager.
