Bike Safety
The City of Auburn partnered with Auburn University to bring Auburn residents Travel With Care, a public safety awareness campaign aimed at bicycle, pedestrian, and motor vehicle safety. Travel With Care is designed to promote public safety, awareness, and a mutual respect of the road and safety rules. Travel With Care is ultimately designed to remind all modes of transportation that "However You Go, Go Safely". The Travel With Care website has valuable safety and legal information for all roadway users.
Bicycle Safety is a focus of the City of Auburn and the Auburn Bicycle Committee. Many brochures have been produced with valuable information for bicyclist and motorists. A kiosk at the east end of the Charlotte and Curtis Ward Bike Path contains these brochures about bicycle safety. You can also click on the links below to view them now.
