Installation of new decorative traffic signal poles and mast arms and improvements to the sidewalk to provide better pedestrian access at each corner.  Brick seat walls will be constructed and the asphalt at the intersection will be raised in grade to match the elevation of the sidewalks at each corner. Work is scheduled to begin in April 2015 and be complete by August 2015.
