Auburn Technology Park West total area consists of approximately 449 acres. Phase I of the park's infrastructure was completed in 2008, and Phase II was completed in Fall 2013. The park is served with all underground utilities including electric, natural gas, water/sewer, and fiber. A Dixie Electric Cooperative substation is located directly adjacent to the park. The park's topography is slightly rolling.

Auburn Technology Park West is owned by the Industrial Development Board of the City of Auburn. Existing park tenants include the following manufacturing operations: Aluminum Technology Schmid North America, Inc. (German-based), Arkal Automotive USA, Inc. (Israeli-based), GE Aviation (U.S.-based), SiO2 Medical Products, Inc. (U.S.-based), and Viper Motorcycle Company, Inc. (U.S.-based). Rausch & Pausch LP (German-based) and Donghee America, Inc. (Korean-based) will open their new facilities in the fall of 2013.

Auburn Technology Park West is conveniently located 2.1 miles northwest of Interstate 85, Exit 50, in the city limits of Auburn, AL. A new road (Corporate Drive) is currently under construction and will provide access to the park's new main entrance 1.2 miles from Interstate 85, Exit 50.
