The Construction and Maintenance Division (C&M) has responsibility for maintenance and repair of the City’s roadways and storm water drainage system (including creeks and streams). It constructs and repairs curb and gutter, sidewalks and multi-use paths.  C&M Division also performs maintenance and repair of City-owned buildings, and manages emergency debris removal operations.
